On the rates effective 2 November 2026, 5.56 Marla is PKR 3,995,000 in the Model Block (Sectors O, Q, R, S & T), or PKR 3,380,000 with the 15% discount and a plot number, and PKR 4,970,000 in Sector P, or PKR 4,190,000. 80 × 120 ft 2 Kanal plots go up to PKR 3.27 Crore in Sector P.

A 10.89 Marla plot (35 × 70) costs PKR 6,065,000 on the 36-month plan in N Block and the Overseas Enclave (PKR 2,285,000 down + PKR 105,000 a month) or PKR 4,850,000 on lump sum. Payments are accepted by pay order, demand draft or cash in favour of "Faisal Town (Pvt) Ltd." (NTN 7243972-7). Cheques are not accepted. Keep the receipt for every payment.

Commercial plots come in 5.33 Marla (30 × 40) and 8.88 Marla (40 × 50) as B+G+3 or B+G+6, 12.22 Marla (50 × 55) B+G+6 in the Model Block on the 220 ft boulevard, and 13.33 Marla (50 × 60) B+G+6 in the Model Block Markaz and on the 350 ft Main Boulevard. Book with 25% of the plot value and pay the rest in 16 quarterly instalments (12 for the Markaz). District East adds 13.33 and 14.44 Marla (50 × 65) B+G+6 plots on 48 monthly instalments. Prices start at PKR 13,393,000 for 5.33 Marla, with 15% off on lump sum for Pakistanis and 20% for overseas Pakistanis.

Sector X Commercial (Ring Road Executive District) plots are paid with 25% down and 48 monthly instalments: 8.88 Marla B+G+3 from PKR 22,282,000; 8.88 Marla B+G+6 from PKR 31,170,000; 12.22 Marla B+G+6 from PKR 38,980,000; 13.33 Marla B+G+6 from PKR 38,393,000. Corner plots cost more.

District East Commercial plots are on the 350 ft Main Boulevard, B+G+6, with 48 monthly instalments. 13.33 Marla (50 × 60): PKR 53,726,000 (PKR 13,500,000 down + PKR 838,000 a month), corner PKR 59,060,000. 14.44 Marla (50 × 65): PKR 58,198,000 (PKR 14,594,000 down + PKR 908,000 a month), corner PKR 63,976,000. Lump-sum prices with the 15% discount start at PKR 45,676,000.

N Block Premium runs from 5.56 Marla to 2 Kanal on 42 monthly instalments. 5.56 Marla is PKR 3,995,000 (PKR 1,475,000 down + PKR 60,000 a month) or PKR 3,380,000 with 15% off on lump sum. 2 Kanal (80 × 120) is PKR 24,980,000 (PKR 8,810,000 down + PKR 385,000 a month) or PKR 21,190,000 on lump sum.

Ask for the approval / NOC reference before you pay and verify it independently with the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). We will share it on request.
